Can I change plans or add users later? +
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add users any time without re-platforming. Your data and configuration carry over — no migration needed between plans.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing? +
Annual billing is paid upfront for the year at a lower effective monthly rate (around 17% saving). Monthly billing offers maximum flexibility with no long-term commitment.
Is there a long-term contract or lock-in? +
No vendor lock-in. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. You own your data and can export everything in standard formats whenever you want — including direct database access on self-hosted deployments.
Do the prices include Indonesian tax compliance? +
Yes. PPh 21, BPJS, and e-Faktur compliance is built into every plan at no extra cost, with regulatory updates handled for you.
Is my data secure and hosted in Indonesia? +
